I need a Sprint Cup Setup for Talladega and Daytona. This is for 360. On live i am always going around 170 and everyone else is going 200 + i need a good setup please.. Thanks in advance

what do you put for the basic part also along with all the others?
gearing, handling, downforce, suspensions??
