Hey guys,, I've had Nascar 09 for a while now,, but just recently got Xbox live again. I got into a race with 8 others the other day,, they were really cool people, and helped out as much as they could,, but I absolutely know nothing about car setups. I soon found out, after we started the actual race,, than i couldnt hang with any of them,, even though my car was hugging the turns really good... I couldnt go into the turns at the speed that the others were going.

Is there a site, or something that can explain car setups for various tracks? Instead of letting off the gas, and coasting into the turns,, does downshifting improve the speed on turn entrys? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'd love to race regurlarly with people online,, but I just cant compete with most people that race online.
