I think Priests are the best class. I think this because they never have a hard time looking for groups. PvP, instances, guilds, and even raids. I also like to make friends with priests because I know that one day that will be able to help me out when I am looking for a healer.

EDIT: Having a Death Knight is proof of nothing; it's trivial to speed-level a rogue, hunter, etc. to get to 55 and make a Death Knight, and right now Death Knights are easy to level to 80. However, you can see from the link in my sig that I indeed have much experience leveling characters; most of the characters listed are 70, the Shaman is 71, the Priest is 52, the Horde Hunter is 60, and the Alliance Hunter is 50.
